Stage-Combat.de welcomes you! Please look around our new website. We hope you'll be able to find the information you are looking for. As the name suggests we and this website are dedicated to stage combat, particularly stage combat in the German speaking countries. Stage combat is the art of portraying violence for stage and screen. Of utmost importance in stage combat is keeping the actors safe while at the same time providing the audience with an illusion of danger. We coordinate stage combat workshops, choreograph fights and teach stage combat. Stage-Combat.de strives to be a platform and network for stage fighters nationally and internationally. News: Both the katana and bo staff weekend in February (with Marlon Bulger and Roger Bartlett) and the 10 day Easter workshop (rapier & dagger and unarmed with Jonathan Leverett and Philip d'Orléans) were a great success. Prior stage combat experience needed to participate! Instructors are Jonathan Leverett and Philip d'Orléans. 10th workshop November 19/20, 2005 in Freiburg With Dr. Chris Main and Roger Bartlett.
